
6 small chicken breasts, boneless skinless (I buy 3 large chicken breasts and split down the middle vertically to make 6 breasts)
1 apple, peeled and diced (when making freezer meals I use 1 apple for every two meals)
2-3 cups of barbeque sauce
12-18 slices of bacon (2-3 slices per chicken breast)
To Prep:
Add apples to BBQ sauce. Then label a freezer Ziploc bag “Bacon Wrapped Apple Chicken. Thaw. Bake in a foil lined 9×13 pan at 375 for 40 minutes.”
Wrap chicken in bacon then slide into a Ziploc bag.
