Baked Mosticolli by Kari

1 pkg. of mostacolli
1 lb ground beef
1/2 diced onion
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Boil pasta till al dente.  While pasta is boiling brown beef with diced onion.  When meat is no longer pink, drain fat then add spaghetti sauce and mix.  In a 9×13 foil pan (if freezing) spray with Pam and cover with a thin layer of meat sauce. Then spread drained pasta evenly over that. Top with remaining meat sauce and bake uncovered for about 20 minutes. Top with cheese last couple minutes of baking to melt.
Easily serves 6.

To Freeze: Instead of baking, cover with foil and freeze. Pull out the day before you plan on baking. Bake at 350 covered with foil for 1 hour then uncover and bake till cheese is melted.  Make sure it’s hot in the center.
