Corn and Sausage Chowder by Kim

2 cup frozen corn
1 12 oz package sausage
1 cup onion, chopped
4 cups potatoes, chopped (5 or 6 potatoes)
½ teas salt
½ teas dried marjoram
2 cup water
½ teas black pepper
16 oz creamed-style corn
12 oz evaporated milk

Brown the sausage with the onion. Drain fat & set aside.  Combine potatoes, water, marjoram, salt & pepper in a pot. Bring to boil. Cook until potatoes are tender (about 20 minutes). Add sausage mixture,  both corns & milk. Heat through & serve.
Freezer Directions:
Bag #1- Bag uncooked sausage & onion.
Bag #2- Add spices, water, milk & frozen corn. Label bags & freeze.
To eat, thaw overnight. While cooking bag #1 as directed above, boil potatoes in water separately. When almost tender,  drain potatoes & add bag #2, canned corn and sausage. Boil 20 min. and serve.
