I am missing having Lots of meals in my freezer!!! I know it is HOT outside and the thought of using the oven feels gross …that is why we are doing 8×8 pans. They fit perfect in the toaster oven!
We are not doing many marinades or dump recipes as we can do those on our own…this so so we have a few meals that are not for the grill.
Step one Pick a recipe from the list … I will send you the recipe.
Shop for good ingredients ( no HFCS or Cream Soups) … remember if everyone does this than we all have nice things!
You Clean your kitchen and make the meal for others… think of inviting someone you want to get to know for dinner and put that kind of love into the dish.
make 8 meals
Each meal needs to have at least 1.5 lbs of meat (should feed 6)
Casseroles need to be made in 2 8×8 pans ( wince has these 3 for .70) then slipped into gallon freezer bags. Other recipes can be frozen in one Gallon freezer bag (unless someone requests 2 bags)
MAKE SURE TO LABEL and FYI sticky labels come off when frozen BLACK sharpies are the best or double bag with label between bag
