Lasagna by Cassie

1/2 lb. ground beef cooked
1 26oz. can spaghetti sauce
1/4C. parmesan cheese
8oz. cooked lasagna noodles
2C. cottage cheese
1 1/2C. mozzarella cheese

Mix together beef and spaghetti sauce in a bowl. Mix together parmesan and cottage cheese in another bowl. Layer in the pan spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese mix, then mozzarella cheese. Repeat until you have 3 layers of noodles. Top with spaghetti sauce and more cheese.

Freezer: Freeze in an aluminum pan. Cook frozen, covered with foil at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
