May Guest Cook Recipe: Honey and Spiced Glaze Pork Chops

This week our guest cook Kara is sharing a few of her favorite recipes with us. I will be posting one a day for the rest of this week. Enjoy!Honey and Spiced Glaze Pork Chops8 (4-oz) boneless center-cut loin pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)1 tsp salt1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/2 C honey4 Tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp. ground ginger1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground cloves

Mix EVERYTHING together in a mixing  bowl and pour into a Ziploc gallon bag. Freeze.
To prepare: Thaw overnight. Transfer the contents into a crockpot, cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 3-5 hours. Even better if you will take the liquid from the crockpot and cook in a skillet to thicken into a glaze. Serve atop mushroom with garlic rice pilaf.

To prepare and eat fresh:  From fresh you put the pork chops inside the pot and mix rest of ingredients in mixing bowl and then dump over pork chops. Cook as directed!
