Minestrone with Bacon

1 lb. chopped bacon
1 c. chopped onion
½ c. chopped celery
1 clove minced garlic

Cook above ingredients until tender.

Add:
1 t. basil
1 can beef broth
1 can bean with bacon soup

1 ½ soup cans of water
1 16 oz. canned tomatoes, chopped
1 ½ t. salt

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer 15 minutes.

Add:
1 c. cabbage
1 c. cubed zucchini
½ c. small macaroni 

Simmer until tender. Cool & put into ziploc freezer bag & Freeze.
Cooking day : Thaw; heat on stovetop.
