
(the photo shows the same recipe, but I decided to leave the boneless pork chops uncut)
1 1/2lb pork chopped
¼ C Brown Sugar
3 Whole apples Peeled & diced
1t. Cinnamon
1/8 t. nutmeg
Brown Pork in pan. Mix apples, brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg. Place apple mixture in a Qt size ziplock& label bag #1 & place browned cooled pork in a Qt sized ziplock & label bag #2. Place both Qt bags in a gallon ziplock. Label Gallon bag as follows.
Cooking day: Thaw. Place contents of bag 1 in pan. Then place contents of bag 2 on top. Cover w/foil & bake 350* for 30 min. Serve with mashed potatoes & veggies.
