
1 lbs lean ground turkey
½ cup chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 TBS sugar
1 TBS flour
½ teas pepper
1 cup ketchup
1 TBS mustard
1 TBS barbecue sauce
1 TBS Worcestershire
6 sandwich buns
In large nonstick skillet, cook the turkey & onion over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink; drain if necessary. Add garlic; cook ½ minutes or until tender.
Stir in the sugar, flour & pepper. Add the ketchup, mustard, barbecue sauce & Worcestershire. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover & simmer for 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns.
Serves 6.
**Freezes wonderfully, so make a double batch and put ½ away for another day! To serve: thaw, reheat, and enjoy!
