Sunshine Chicken by Amity

1 1/2 lb.  chicken breasts, boneless skinless (chopped breast, strips or whole breast)
2 c. BBQ sauce
1 c. Orange Juice

Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag.  Mush bag to mix sauce.  Freeze flat. 
Thaw at least 12 hours before meal time.  When thawed bake in a pan covered with foil for 40 minutes. Then remove foil and bake another 15-20 minutes.  The sauce is a sweet BBQ flavor that tastes really good with rice and of course, the chicken!

***It’s even more flavorful if you chop raw chicken into bite-sized pieces before freezing.
